We would all like good service, customer and otherwise, from our cellphone vendor. But in Miamisburg, Ohio it got a little out of control and now the courts are involved.

Seems a woman when to the Sprint Store to exchange her phone and got more than she bargained for. Shortly after the exchange she began to receive text messages and pictures from the salesperson. Before she knew it, he was busy sending her nude photos of himself.

The woman in question filed suit against the salesperson and Sprint for compensatory damages of $25,000 and punitive damages of $1 million. That must have been one scary string of pictures!
